How fresh is the coffee?
We roast within 48 hours of shipping. Your coffee arrives 3–7 days off roast — the sweet spot for peak flavor. Most store coffee is months old.
Can I choose which coffee I get?
Yes! Explorer members get a curated pick, Connoisseur members choose 2, and Master Roast members select 4 from our full rotation each month.
What equipment do I need?
Any brew method works! We include brew guides for pour-over, French press, Aeropress, espresso, and drip machines.
